Didn't work. Groupon wouldn't refund the amount stating it was too late. They made me wait for three months before giving me Groupon credit. Never using this service again.

Merchant made it very difficult to get a cash refund on an item damaged during shipment when the order was partially paid with a Groupon and partially paid in cash. Despite having made sufficient cash contribution to augment the Groupon for the purchase of several items, the merchant only provided a store credit for return of my damaged item.

About Charles Tyrwhitt

In 1986, confident that he could out-dress any business rival, Nicholas Charles Tyrwhitt Wheeler began building his clothing empire. He now oversees high-end outlets across Britain, the United States, and Paris, each of which dispenses London style to wardrobes in the forms of handmade silk ties, smartly cut suits, and enameled cufflinks. Charles Tyrwhitt keeps things casual with suede boating shoes and pima cotton polos, and his ladies' collection branches out into iron-free shirts, knitwear, and contemporary blouses.
