• Shipping takes 7–10 business days from date of order placed and confirmation email sent.
• Valid for online redemption only; not valid for in-store redemptions or returns
• Not valid in conjunction with introductory offers, other coupon codes, voucher codes, discount codes, or cash back
• Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash

• No refunds on voucher value; voucher value will be honored as merchant credit once return is received and processed

• Free online returns - 6 month exchange/return policy
• Not valid on clearance items (all products in the clearance section of the website)
• Not valid on gift vouchers, gift boxes, or alterations
• The promotional Value of the voucher is only valid for the promotional period. After the promotional period expires, the voucher value will revert to the original paid value. This does not affect the use of the voucher.
