We specialize in teaching life skills, fitness and Self-defense! We are very involved in all Community events! We have 2 locations, one school in Cedarburg and a new school in Mequon.
What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
We will pair you up with a Black Belt for the first week.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Martial Arts has been my passion, and I truly enjoy helping people with fitness and Martial Arts values.

Seeing all students make progress in their personal goals!
