About Chefmn

Chef Mike Nichols channels 20 years of professional experience, including seven years of work on private yachts, into his work as a personal chef. Before preparing each in-home meal, Chef Mike shops for groceries, then relives clients of weighty cooking burdens by preparing gourmet meals with on-hand kitchenware while patrons learn from watching or kick back and await dinner. Chef Mike graduated from the Disney Culinary Academy in 1995, spending his last year at Disneyland Paris mastering the art of foreign cuisines from Thai to Italian and catering to every dietary restriction, including the cheese-only preferences of Cinderella's mice. Menus for in-home feasts can include anything from cumin- and lime-marinated pork tenderloin to Maine lobster risotto.
