About Chicago Dough
Born out of a lifelong friendship between the two owners—both coincidentally named Mike—the Chicago Dough Company has served the city's classics, like the saucy deep dish, the calabrese, and toppings-heavy thin crust, for over 30 years.
Fresh, never canned ingredients: Originally a part of a larger chain, these stores became the Chicago Dough Company when the owners branched away from corporate to use hand-selected, fresh ingredients for sauce and toppings rather than ingredients that come from cans.
