What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our assertive, adaptive, accountable approach to yoga and business helps ChronoYoga guide each student on their own individual yoga journey with earnest, honest feedback. Yoga is the teacher of yoga, Chrono the classroom, always improving its environment and capacity to best fit its students.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We love hosting you in class yet the goal of ChronoYoga's to empower students to live a yoga life on and off the mat. We currently focus these efforts through our website, weekly newsletter, YouTube Channel, Facebook group, and Instagram account, all constantly updated with at-home yoga guidance.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga reinvigorates my will for life every time I step on the mat or even think of stepping on the mat. Starting a yoga business was a no-brainer! If ChronoYoga can provide students even a hundredth of the joy yoga brings me on a daily basis, I'll feel like I'm doing a service to the world.

What do you love most about your job?
Transformation. Yoga inspires physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation within anyone willing to choose it as guide and it's my honor to witness. As I see yoga change the world around me I gradually begin to remember my belief in miracles, humanity, and grace and it is my honor.
