I went for my first time and booked a session with Isabella, and she’s amazing! Everyone there is very attentive and very encouraging. If it’s your first time and you haven’t exercised recently, it’s going to hurt. I do yoga but I still felt a bit sore afterwards. I recommend this to all my friends and especially women who want to get in shape and learn how to defend themselves.

Great place to work out. Friendly staff and trainers. You will sweat, a lot. Parking is a little tricky, free valet is offered by American Social.
