Today was the first time I had ever done Pilates and the instructor Trisha was amazing . She was so nice and helpful and assisted me with my form and encouraged me to go at my own pace. I felt so comfortable .

The space at Club Pilates is filled with Pilates reformers, springboards, suspension training and BOSUS—all the equipment you'd need to start a core-toning Pilates regimen—but it's the well-trained staff of instructors that takes things to the next level. Each instructor has had at least 500 hours of training before they teach a class, which ranges from lessons that incorporate a Pilates reformer to suspension training.
