At the Clubhouse |Vue| we believe that we all have the ability to be our own saviors, and to be our own anchors, we just need the tools.  In our experience, a breath to movement Vinyasa Yoga practice has been most elemental in instilling stress reduction and grounding tools, while exercising and stretching the physical form.  We believe that the practice found on yoga mats spans past psyche and physical body and into our our daily lives.  Creating peace and ease in moments where we would normally experience anxiety and frustration.  With each practice we are afforded the opportunity to exercise our inner animal, mentally and physically, as we breathe out past wounds and breathe in new beginnings.  With each practice we are exercised, revived and reborn into our Savasana, awaking refreshed, anew, and ready to lovingly accept the realities of our day to day lives. ​ We look forward to sharing in this life changing practice with you.
