What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans? Just remember that all martial artists walk their own path. You're not in competition with anyone but yourself. Learn that mistakes are the building blocks to success. Students will forget far more than they'll ever remember.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As a dojo manager/instructor for 15 years, I developed a passion for training. I was inspired to pass on the life-changing benefits I've personally gained over the years. I felt that going mobile would overcome some of the limitations of a studio location.
What do you love most about your job? I enjoy giving students a set of tools they can use to improve the many facets of their lives. Offering a foundation for dealing with the everyday challenges that life may present. Every student and situation is different but all can benefit.
