I had a wonderful haircut and colour with Sara :) She took the time to explain to me the colour choices. She helped transformed my brassy hair to a chocolate brown colour. The haircut was perfect! The salon practiced safe COVID-19 protocols. Additionally, they are a local business. If you want to try a new haircut or colour, I would recommend this salon for the pleasant experience.

Amazing cut! I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. Vesna listened and helped me rejuvenate my hair from its slumber. I felt like a new person leaving the salon.

Heidi was my stylist and she was great! She listened to what I said, asked me questions all throughout the haircut, and styled it beautifully. I went in to cut my dead ends off after over a year of no haircut but I still wanted to keep my hair long. She made sure to ask me how much I wanted off, didn't cut when I told her I didn't want to move forward with layers, and it still looked great. No one even noticed I cut my hair, they just told me it looked great and that's exactly what I was going for. Would go back to Heidi when I need another cut!

The staff were nice and welcoming. Heidi did a great job. However, beware if the hidden fees. My voucher included cut, style, colour. Colouring fee is based on 40 gr of the material. Any extra 10 gr costs you $10. Meanwhile, the tax and gratuity is calculated based on the original price. I had to pay an extra $45 . Therefore, the package costed more than $100 .

Very nice studio, clean, professional with cozy atmosphere. Kind personnel great customer service . I loved SARA ! She was so kind & professional. She rescued my DIY disaster hair colour. She did a wonderful job on my hair colour fix & hair cut ! She was amazing & I’m definitely going back.

Sara was amazing! She took just enough off to preserve my length while also removing the damaged ends. She knew exactly what would work better with my hair, and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. Despite them being out of the way for me in terms of distance, I will be coming back for more once my hair grows out again.
