What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
What makes Colossal CrossFit stand out is simple, our clients. We like to call them our family because a family knows your name, cares about you, helps you out, and even doles out an ample amount of jokes (about you).

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Hate going to the gym and trying to "figure out" what to do. It is Monday so does that mean it is chest and back...or maybe legs. At Colossal CrossFit, every workout is different every day. All you need to do is show up. We will take care of the rest.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A wise man once said, "You can have everything you want in life as long as you frist help others get what they want." We wanted to have a safe, clean, and great place to work out. So we just made it for everyone else

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people succeed in their goals. Whether it is weight loss, looking better naked, being better at a sport and so on.
