My very first V Steam and overall experience was amazing! Princess was very sweet/professional/informative about the process. The ambiance was cute and made you feel like a special lady ☺️ 10/10 and will definitely be returning!

Superior customer service. The specialist was so knowledgeable and attentive. I felt so comfortable as if I had been there before, which I had not. Very professional yet made me feel so special. It was my birthday and I really felt like a pampered birthday baby. No pressure to purchase any other services/products. On time and my own personal experience. No other clients were there at my designated time from beginning to end. Thats why appointments are required so you can have a true one on one experience. Will definitely be going back regularly with or without Groupon vouchers. Close to home, parking was easy, so glad I didn't have to go to loop or suburbs for this wonderful and truly magical experience. Results were immediate as guaranteed and offered some excellent advice to maintain results as well as getting more results as time progresses. Highly recommend company for Spa services. I am going to start giving their services as gifts to family and friends. Thank you, Princess, for making my birthday GREAT and MEMORABLE.
