What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Computer Creations NW was started because observing other businesses I was seeing so many customers being taken advantage of that I was mouth drop amazed as to how much "over charging" and "false statements" that caused small businesses and non profits to waste hard earned money for no reason.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with customers one on one is the best. Traveling to different parts of the pacific northwest and meeting so many different types of businesses and non-profits and learning new cultures for other small businesses has been amazing, The freedom to rise above others in my industry with a smile!!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I charged a customer a fair amount once. They were concerned that I was low balling my services and asked why I gave them such a big discount. I explained I never gave a discount and they insisted on paying an extra $300 more for their website work and support which I had to decline. It was awesome!
