One 60-Minute Reflexology Session
Choose from a 30 or 60 minute single session to try out a Foot Reflexology treatment; at my Kitchener home-office(Victoria St.S & Patricia)(by appointment). I, as a practicing, licensed, foot reflexologist will have you relax, clean your feet, cover the left one before starting with the right foot. Then, using a natural oil, I will apply different amounts of pressure to help reduce muscular stress under the skin, which houses the nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems; and joints. The same is repeated with the left foot. My goal is to reduce pain, stress and tension; thereby helping clients to have an improved sense of well-being.
