We provide a fitness experience aligned to CrossFit’s original intention to provide programs grounded in functional fitness and natural body movement.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
CrossFit 286 invests in itself by investing in the people that walk through the door every day.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
While in college, our head trainer Al started CrossFit training to improve his strength, stamina and athletic mobility. CrossFit soon became his new passion. Before long, he started competing and carving out a natural niche in the DMV CrossFit community, and CrossFit 286 was born.
