About Crossfit 623
Six days a week, CrossFit 623’s coaches gather at the warehouse-style gym to guide members into better bodies. The coaches—dubbed the Dream Team—make sure people squat and snatch using the correct form, and flip oversized tires and canoes without pulling a muscle. They guide people through workouts steeped in functional fitness with such equipment as rowing machines, gymnastics rings, and plyometric boxes. Each exercise is easily tailored to ensure members remain challenged, no matter their physical abilities.
