What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have a close knit community within our membership that supports each other every step of the way. The workouts are fun and classes are efficiently run. The coaches are very willing to customize each workout to the person's preference, ability, limitations, etc.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Class sizes are small, so every member gets special treatment and has their needs catered to. Most importantly, members understand that this is their gym and they get a very big say in how things go.
