Scan CrossFit Bullpen’s 4,000 square feet of space, and you will see 30 barbells, 120 bumper plates, 27 medicine balls, and myriad kettlebells, squat racks, speed jump ropes, foam rollers, and mobility bands. The gym—known as the Box—is stocked with equipment that mimic functional movements, so people break a sweat jumping, squatting down, swinging kettlebells, and folding themselves into a working pocketknife. Workouts change daily, and coaches take a scaled approach that allows members of different athletic abilities to participate in the same class and be equally challenged.

The Foundations Classes are a good way to gauge your initial fitness level. It's also teaches you how to scale your Crossfit experience to a way where you can do it comfortably and without injuring yourself. They provide a good entry level W.O.D. (Workout of the Day) at the end to let you use your new learned skills. A great Crawl/Walk/Run way to get into Crossfit. Crossfit Bullpen is a pretty motivating place and the instructors want you to enjoy the workout and they truly want you to succeed in your fitness goals.
