Phenom Athletics helps members bust their bodies into shape with intensive workouts. Led by experienced coaches, each class consists of a workout of the day. The type and sequence of exercises change daily, adapting muscles to any particular workout. Short, intense exercises also maximize metabolism and engender the same thing most starving artists call their bank account balance: a thin figure. The 6,500 sq. ft. facility also boast rooms and showers, along with ample free parking.
