What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We pride ourselves on our coaching staff. We are sticklers for proper form. Training correct mechanics with every workout keeps you safer, more efficient and therefore, in the gym more often and on your way to being as fit as you can be. We believe in Mechanics, Consistency, then Intensity! .

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our members stay involved and inspired by the hard work and constant motivation they receive from their coaches and the never ending support of their peers working out beside them.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It was an easy decision for me to start this business when I saw the impact I have had on such a large number of people in their fitness journeys.

What do you love most about your job?
RESULTS... With hard work comes results, with results comes confidence. Members walk out the doors of CrossFit Subdued with a sense of accomplishment every day.
