I am in pain. The good pain that comes from a thorough workout. Winston was very informative and made sure I understood why I needed to position my body in certain ways and how it’ll help in the future. He didn’t shame me when I couldn’t do a push up, he just gave me something that helped. He wasn’t a drill sergeant either. I took many breaks, he even encouraged them! I’m so glad I signed up.

Today was my first day, it was tough but well worth it. The first thing I noticed, Winston trained me without weights. Winston showed me how to do my form correctly & it made a big difference In my workout. The second thing that really stood out for me was Winston’s personality. He really focus on you, making sure you understand the concept of CrossFit doing those forms correctly without weights & how it ties into the weightlifting once you start to use the weights. Now I understand how to position my body without injury. He is a very detailed instructor. Working with Winston you will see the results you are looking for, I feel safe with him already.

Went with a girlfriend and we loved it! Winston is informative and makes sure our form is good. I personally have some spinal injuries with artificial discs and he made sure I had the adjusted help I needed. Thank you!
