What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We combine a warm family atmosphere with excellent martial-arts instruction for students ages 3 and older. We have taught hundreds of students how to protect themselves and become more confident in their everyday lives.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?

We instruct students ages 3 and older, and classes are separated by age and skill level.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I started martial arts when I was 6 years old and love everything about it! I taught martial arts since I was 17 years old and am blessed that I get to do what I love for a living.

What do you love most about your job?

I have a passion to share my knowledge and help kids and adults overcome life's obstacles and accomplish their goals.
