About Maximum Intensity
At Maximum Intensity, FIT workouts push metabolisms into overdrive. Based on high-intensity interval training—or HIIT for short—these sessions keep participants in constant motion for 55 minutes. Though they entail less weight than CrossFit, they still incorporate short bursts of intense exercise, sending people from kettlebells and jump ropes to rowing machines and plyo boxes. The effect is both aerobic and anaerobic, with the payoff being high-level calorie burn, toning, and strengthening for noticeable results.
