What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga has changed my life greatly. I wanted everyone should have access to the practice of Yoga. Yoga is a community practice.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing someone come into the studio with stress, aches and pains, even uncertainty, then at the end of class the client changes for the better. People feel better about themselves.

I really enjoyed the sessions with Delana. The atmosphere is very calming. I learned a lot. My main focus prior to entering the class was to focus on my breath work when getting oberwhelmed. She was very knowledgeable and patient, I will recommend her to anyone looking to begin their yoga journey.
