Wow! I'm smitten with Rhythm Cycling and DIG Cycle is incredible. A GREAT place for me to begin! Love the location. My instructor was Daniel! He's amazing. The other students were awesome and helpful. I know that I will release the rest of my extra weight riding with these folks. I'm SO happy!!!! And Rhythm Cycling is AMAZINGLY challenging!! LOVE IT!

Wish I had known about this place sooner. Friendly staff, clean facility, lots of extras like towels and earplugs if needed. The class was fabulous- they kicked my but!

As someone who hasn’t cycled in 4+ years and has little experience doing so, this was an amazing experience. I’m hooked! Nick was amazing and made me feel so comfortable! The environment is so welcoming and not at all intimidating. Can’t wait to go back!
