Dr. Bob Daugherty, ND set out to create a comfort food that was nutritious, not sugary or loaded with allergens. His creations are vegan, gluten- and dairy-free, made with organic sprouted grains and other organic superfood ingredients. These treats are steam-baked, a cooking process that helps preserve the donut's nutrients. The donuts can be eaten plain, glazed, or dunked in a variety of healthy housemade sauces. They can also arrive topped with sugar- and dairy-free frozen yogurt (these are called Doyos) or gourmet puddings, plus fruits including açaí, strawberry, and pumpkin seeds.
