**Eligibility Criteria ** The possible patient may not be a candidate post consult, BMI must be above 25, and lab tests needed which are the patient pay responsibility. 2.5mg per week cannot be prescribed to anyone with the following conditions: BMI below 25, history of eating disorders, gallbladder disease, drug and alcohol abuse, recent bariatric surgery, chronic pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, anyone currently pregnant or breast-feeding, or planning to become pregnant, or a family history of medullary thyroid cancer.
