SATISFIED;I walked in and was welcomed and offered a seat and asked if I wanted water/tea-I declined because I had issues conforming my appointment(the error was mine) but the receptionist was as kind, courteous and respectful to walk me through an amicable resolution. SOLD;It turned out they're fully booked for 4days straight and I really wanted a massage, the owner walked in and heard me lament ,she was compassionate and told me to comeback in an hour that she'd make adjustments for me and that sold me instantly because if she's booked for 4days ,then she doesn't really need to hunt for more money/client and that's were genuine care and love for people comes in. SERVICE;she was gentle,still voice and spoke to my body,she said I was in flight an fight mode because truely I'd been working so hard in the gym 7days a week and missed my massage routine for 2weeks now.I can categorically tell you that this is the BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE,I felt load of burden leave my body,I booked for my next section immediately. The craziest part is there was no lobbying for tips like most masseuse do after a treatment (they come to the front with invisible guns-😂,like chill please 😒). This business has the integrity and intrest of peoples wellbeing. Lastly one word-BOOK!
