Just don't use the service...seems many weeks, no matter what category I chose, there are several days worth of meals that my family will not eat....

eMeals simplifies my meal planning and weekly grocery shopping for me! One week of meal plans with simple instructions that my teenagers can follow to start dinner before I get home from work. Each main dish recipe also includes a side dish and all ingredients are organized into a shopping list. For those times you need to mix it up, changing meals plans is allowed once a month. Highly recommend this service for anyone short on time, has a busy family or just wants the planning done for them.

They are not as customizable as I had hoped. Due to certain allergies with some family members, and medically necessary dietary restrictions for others, I was unable to pick one program that worked for everyone. It did not allow me to move between the programs to get what I needed to make a week's worth of meals. (I moved between them to try to pick the best ones, but then it said I could not change again for a month or several weeks, I forget, but it made it impossible to get a full menu for my family of 6 worked out.) If you have family with any food allergies, diabetes, or other restrictions, this is NOT a good buy for your family. It was wasted money for us.

Lots of new recipes to try. Also they let you change meal plans if your dietary needs change. The menus are always ready on Wednesday of each so you can peruse the sales before you head out. It's a great value.

About eMeals

eMeals charts out a week's worth of dollar- and health-savvy dinner recipes to relieve the burden of kitchen-related stress. Each week, organized grocery lists based on food style, family size, and even grocery store showcase flavorful culinary creations for discerning palates. Plans developed by a staff of culinary pros capitalize on sale items at stores such as Walmart, Publix, and Kroger, and an "any store" list can be used to navigate the aisles of other favored grocers. Family meal plans serve seven meals for four to six people, whereas plans for two are tailored to singles, couples, or a pair of sock puppets on a date atop a chest of drawers.

Special paleo, gluten-free, clean-eating, low-fat, and portion-controlled meal-plan options aid nongeneric eaters in assembling targets for their health and fitness regimens. The classic version of the budget-friendly family plan supplies culinary sustenance to families of four to six for an average weekly cost of $85.

eMeals allows shoppers to save time and money, simplify their lives, and feed their families a nutritious, homemade dinner every night.
