About Eagle Yoga House

At Eagle Yoga House, the Yoga Teachers fuse Yoga Postures and Vinyasa Flows set to a mix of modern music during classes. The studio has two yoga rooms: the larger room can accommodate up to 60 students and is heated to 105 degrees using eco-friendly infrared heat panels, while the smaller room can accommodate 15 students and is used for non-heated classes. Both rooms of the state-of-the-art facility are complete with bamboo floors. All classes are designed to accommodate beginners as well as advanced levels, and include heated and non- heated classes, such as Vinyassa Flows, 80-Minute Hot, 60-Minute Power Hours, BodyBarre Fusion, Hot 26, YIN and Restorative while the heat helps boost flexibility and prevent injury. Eagle Yoga House also offers a Beginners Yoga Workshop, Level 1, every 5-6 weeks for those who want to start from the beginning or improve their practice. The studio also features a retail center that offers yoga gear and clothing from both local and national brands.
