About East Coast Sushi
With over 30 years of experience cooking in some of the finest restaurants worldwide our team of private chef’s will create a fun and memorable experience for you. Each day we visit the local docks selecting the freshest local seafood for your dinning or sushi experience. Our fish come from the docks in Wanchese, NC, Hampton, VA, & the Eastern Shore. Our shellfish come from the waters off Buxton, NC, & Cherrystone, VA. Our crabmeat from the Pamlico Sound in North Carolina and the Chesapeake Bay.
Other than our salmon which is flown in fresh from Alaska all other seafood is locally caught in the Pamlico Sound , Chesapeake Bay, or the Atlantic Ocean. We only feature side dishes containing produce from within 200 miles of the eastern shore. We refuse to compromise on quality of our ingredients, no matter what time of year you are visiting, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
