I cannot recommend working with EAT Fitness enough. Eric is intelligent in all of the movements and has the knowledge to back it up. You can tell he only wants the best for you and to see you reach your goals. Working with Eric is something I can see myself doing long term. After a few sessions, I already have a better relationship with fitness and I can feel myself getting stronger.
