After a transformative experience at a Baptiste power yoga teacher training program in Sedona, a mother-daughter team were inspired to open their own studio, Eb & flow Yoga. Natural light pours through the spacious studio's expansive windows and spills across the polished hardwood floors. Students of all ages, body size, and skill level are welcome as instructors strive to empower them to attain better physical and mental health through yoga. To that end, they offer a variety of yoga classes and styles to suit a range of different personalities and goals, from fast paced 95 degrees power yoga to room-temperature restful yin classes.
