About Ekah Yoga

At Ekah Yoga, students and certified instructors come together to share the benefits of yoga in a fair and loving manner. This attitude trickles down from founder Crystal Olry, who created the studio as a means of honoring her fellow holistic teachers and their gifts. Crystal and her staff lead a variety of classes throughout the week, including hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative-movement yoga. They also organize trips designed to let students practice yoga in exotic locations around the globe.
