About El Paisano Tacos
As the namesake dish at El Paisano, tacos are prepared with a diverse selection of fillings: meat options include everything from steamed beef to tripitas, and vegetarian tacos are stuffed with chile relleno. Tacos are hardly all that's served here though, as the menu mixed it up with Mexican and American breakfast burritos, tortas, and two dozen entrees, including ribs with a chile verde sauce.
