What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer a variety of classes. We currently have Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Gentle Yoga on our schedule.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
My method of teaching is very organic especially in our flow classes. I have a very playful way of teaching. I believe yoga should be fun!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It has become one of my passions to share yoga with people after finishing my teacher training in 2012. I was presented with this awesome opportunity and decided to jump on it!

What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy watching my clients practice grow. The shapes they make with their bodies as they move from pose to pose is truly inspiring and fills my heart with joy.
