Friendly staff and a solid set-up within the rooms. The background music is a little distracting and sometimes makes it hard to hear/listen to the staff clues when they speak to you. Also one room was a little dark so needed the flashlight on my phone to help read the clues. Other than that, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We had a great experience from the customer service while booking, adjustments we made (number of participants), very patient & communicative onsite staff and the escape room was really fun! This was our 2nd escape room experience. Not necessarily as many bells and whistles with multiple rooms or animatronics but we loved the complexity of the puzzles and there was something for everyone to be working on simultaneously. Again, we loved it!
