Booked it using the groupon - email confirmation was never sent to my correct email address. Couldn't call to confirm. Missed appointment - never used the pass and no offer to come another day.

Host was nice and hyped up the experience. Overall great escape experience. Some of the puzzles were a little tricky so maybe pick one of the easier rooms if you're new to escape rooms

About Escape The House
You are a lieutenant for an infamous drug cartel flying to the drug lord's private island for a meeting when your plane is fired upon. The airplane transporting you crash-lands in the Amazon, but it turns out that surviving the landing will be the easy part.
As a renowned detective, there isn't a case you can't solve, until a close friend and colleague disappears while investigating a missing persons case. While following the trail, you are lead to an old motel known for paranormal activity. You decide to check in to uncover the mysteries contained within.
Luckily for you, this isn't real life, but Turbulence and Last Stop Motel, two of the several heart-pumping scenarios at Escape The House, where realistic gaming experiences unfold inside themed rooms. During your round, you and a handful of friends or coworkers must rely on teamwork and ingenuity to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and flee the room before the clock ticks down to zero.
