In this entertaining and interactive course, children learn invaluable life skills such as listening skills, respect for others, focus, and concentration, confidence, and self-discipline. Physical Taekwondo techniques and conditioning put these skills to practice as well.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Wear something comfortable and be ready to be bare feet. Bring plenty of water and get ready to have lots of fun!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our mission is to teach our kids to become life champions by equipping them with discipline, confidence, and leadership. By any means necessary, but always with love and empathy.

What do you love most about your job?
We love the fact that we get to make a difference in children's lives every day. We have fun with the kids ourselves and we look forward to Mondays to come and teach!
