Cool room, but sadly not everything worked, so we had cracked a couple of the puzzles but it seemed we actually hadn't. This led to frustration, loss of time, and loss of momentum. Shame, cos otherwise it was a well laid out escape room.

It was too messy and all over the place. We were instructed that each station lead to the next clue but they didn't - you could have easily solved other things and gone ahead, so instead we wasted a lot of time. Too many unnecessary props. Finally, the plot of the murder mystery didn't really make sense at the end. Please consider these features in the future. Also no one spells Love like "Lub"... it's "Luv".
Sorry to be so harsh but as an escape games enthusiast, this was my first bad experience and I need to offer my suggestions as a player.

Thank you for your insight Abby! But, upon trying to explain to your group my employee mentioned that no one was really listening to the hints and that the diary which explains the storyline further was not read. I apologize for your bad experience, but from the get go my employee that has an accent and speaks differently personally felt she was not being treated with respect. Perhaps the insight is clouded by judgments othee then game play. Futhermore, the room was left a mess and full of sand, thus for someone plays so many, why would it be left in this condition? Thanks for coming in!
