We had fun and enjoyed our host. The website was tricky with the Groupon but the customer service was great on their end to help.

We had a great experience, the virtual host was accommodating and really good to work with throughout the game. We used this since my children are spread all over the place, most out-of-state, and it was a great way to get the whole family together for a fun night. They all (especially my wife) enjoyed it a lot more than they thought they would and at the end, the top question was "when can we do this again?" which is the best kind of endorsement!

Mr. Tom Uranovicz was a very cooperative and understanding manager or employee. There were some technical difficulties with our first game master opening up or admitting us into the room while we waited on zoom and we had to contact the company via emails on the website. I wish they had a phone number or more immediate way of contacting, but they do email back pretty quickly sometimes. Anyway, we were allowed to reschedule, but I didn’t see the reschedule confirmation in my spam email until after the scheduled time, but he allowed us to reschedule a 2nd time. He replied within the day with the time difference and I appreciate the experience because of him. The Room and the Game - we did the zombie one and the room was set up well with the decor and details (minus the fact that our black light flashlight was out of batteries but she just gave us the hint for the part that we could not complete without it) BUT due to some further technical problems we were let into the game late and had less time causing us to not escape in time but still enjoyed the experience with my friends. It’s tough having only one live person to give instructions to during the game although 6 people are playing but still a fun experience for the price. Would recommend for a fun pastime or gift. Only a couple lagged times due to WiFi.
