Each game lasts 60 minutes of gameplay, plus time before and after. Guests should arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing, and allow another 15 minutes afterward for debriefing and team photos

A room escape is a real-life adventure game combining storytelling, mystery, and puzzle-solving. Participants enter a themed room and must work together to solve challenges, unlock clues, and beat the clock to “escape” before time runs out
What is the cancellation policy?
Changes can be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows will be charged the full admission price
Are players really locked in the room?
The doors remain locked during gameplay for immersion, but safety exit buttons are always available if anyone needs to step out
Will groups be private or paired with others?
Unless a group books the entire room, they may be paired with other players during their mission. Small groups are welcome but may be paired with another group to fill the room
