BUYER BEWARE! Went today for my eye exam and was told that I had to pay additional cost! Also Brandy said that’s my $259.00 Groupon voucher only covered the eye exam and certain frames that could only be valued at 70.00. My single vision, plastics clear lenses, just a basic guess brand that costed me additional $30.00. Could’ve got a better deal off of opticaloutlet.com!
Optometrist did a great job. I got a copy of my prescription. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the selection of frames. the person who fitted my frames and helped with the selection of lenses did a great job. Overall the experience was great. Just not with the selection of frames.
Office staff was great. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and personable. Answered all questions and assisted with specific issues needing specialized lenses. This was my fifth year at this office and I’ve never been unsatisfied. Thank you

About Optical Outlets
Optical Outlets location is doctor-owned, uniting the staff with a common vision to sharpen sight and boost eye health. Eye examinations reveal prescriptions and uncover any other ocular problems. After patients choose a new set of lenses, the in-house technicians get to work crafting them in the shop’s own lab rather than sending them off to be made during a summer camp’s arts and crafts day. Sundry designer frames border eyes in looks from Giorgio Armani and Marc Jacobs to Nike and Harley Davidson, and there is usually a trio of technicians in the shop, enabling multiple clients to summon help with a single pigeon call.
