Communication poor to say the least, service rep doesn’t understand Groupon changed the way it redeems the service. Wanted a big red redeem over barcode and now it’s a small box in corner that says redeemed same thing but didn’t understand that. Massage was ridiculously hard and aggressive. I think was done purposely but check me if I’m wrong and this is there method of massaging someone. We definitely aren’t going back and would not recommend to any friends or family. Gentleman was very rude in whole process
