FASTER was founded to motivate workout denizens of all stripes to achieve their fitness goals. Whether supervising aspiring law enforcement officers looking to pass physical fitness tests, professional athletes, or complete gym novices, Coach DeRose and his staff push students of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their individual fitness goals in a variety of programs, including boot camps, semi-private training sessions, and group fitness classes that can be adjusted for each client. They also lead sports training sessions that work to boost an athlete’s performance, flexibility, and resistance to injury without having to blindfold their opponents. Regardless of the program, all clients receive individualized attention specific to their needs.
