The masseuse was friendly and the massage itself was very good. I appreciated her professionalism and the quality of the treatment once it actually began. However, my overall experience was disappointing. Even though I had an appointment and there were no other customers there, my session started 45 minutes late. Additionally, I purchased a 90-minute massage through Groupon, but I was only given 60 minutes. I was told this was because the company loses money on Groupon deals, which was frustrating and felt unfair as a customer.
