This deal has 2 options, either a 60 Minute Swedish Massage, or a 90 Minute Swedish Massage.  Each massage is customized according to each guest.  Let me know if you prefer light, medium, or firm pressure. I will work with the muscles to help relax the mind and body.  I may include light shoulder and/or hip stretches, to achieve these goals. 

Upon arrival for your session, I will have you fill out a brief Intake Form. This form will help me customize your massage, as some medical conditions/medications/issues are important for me to be aware of, prior to hands on time. 

Each massage includes hot towels for the back, and feet, preference of a warm table or no warmer, and a great AC and heater, depending on the season.
