Cheese package includes a preselection of fresh and firm goat, cow, and buffalo cheese, as well as chutney or honey, breadsticks or flatbread, and tasting chocolate.
Total weight of cheese in each package: approximately 500g for 3-cheese package and 700g for 5-cheese package.
- Available for Pickup only.
Etobicoke location is open on weekdays only from 9:30- 5 pm (appointment requested and some after hours can be accommodated)
Picton location is open 7 days a week 11-5 pm until Nov 1 then Thursdays-Mondays 11-5 pm.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Fifthtown picks up their milk from local farms and processes it daily to produce handmade cheeses that reflect the flavor and bounty of Prince Edward County. Our Platinum Leed-certified building and green initiatives (geothermal, solar and wind powered) reflect our socially responsible vision.
Of the products you sell, which are your favourites? Fresh chevre , bloomy rind bries, chardonnay and beer washed, brushed and natural rind aged cheeses, honey we cultivate from our own bees and condiments made from products from our own orchard and vineyard in Eastern Ontario. Both deals also receive pairing chocolate and flatbread or breadsticks.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Our family has a history of fine cheese importation and distribution and our grandfather was a producer of Parmigiano Reggiano in Italy prior to World War II.
What do you love most about your job? Developing new cheese recipes and evolving traditional ones with a twist to satisfy the growing sophistication of consumers who appreciate fine wine and travel. Bringing products from our dairy to your table and supporting local farmers is essential to contributing and sustaining our community.
