Our trainer has fought and competed, using and testing skills in the cage, ring and on the mats. Our trainer is excellent at gaging our clients ability to perform and work to better your abilities. With discipline, perseverance, and courage, you will accomplish your goals.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
Head gear and gloves are a requirement, we have loaners for those who have not yet purchased their equipment.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are passionate about training individuals the proper techniques needed for inside the ring, and helping people to achieve their fitness goals.
